Why is E wrong?

Is E wrong because it talks about 'people' generally and does not frame it as a view philosophical anarchists hold?

Hello @hkolon, I think that you make a really good point about answer choice E. The author never makes her own argument about what people are obligated to do. Rather, she is explaining and defending philosophical anarchism. She is explaining why this philosophy is not always at odds with the law. Also, keep in mind that an "illustration" generally refers to a specific example or an anecdote. This is not how I would describe lines 44-49.
