Where is the conclusion

So does the conclusion and the main point have different meanings or do they both mean the same thing?

    Hi Lisam, Conclusion and main point are the same thing. In this case, the main point is that the ranking system is unfair. The argument starts out by describing the system, and then the author tells us that it is unfair. The rest of the argument are reasons (unfair to good workers on teams of great workers, unfair to workers who do not share the boss' interests) why it is unfair- these are premises that support the conclusion.
