Chain Sequencing

Hi - question as to why N can only go #3 or last? The qualifiers do not say that the chain elements need to directly proceed one another in the I>F>M>G>J>H sequence. Why can't N take any spot between 3-end?

    Hi Jennifer, I don't think that L must be third or last. I think L must be between 3rd and last
