Hello Everyone! Why is it not possible for Nassar to also be the third highest earner? I understand why Malloy is the correct answer. Since at least three people need to be in front of them, but it seems if I follow the chain, only I OR L (not both) and K need to be in front of N. So N could also work. For example, highest earner is K, second highest earner could either be I OR L (not both; the rule only states I and L come after K but we don't know where, so if I comes second, L could come somewhere after Nassar if he is third). If this is the case, the Nassar could very well be third. So what precludes him from appearing third? Thanks a lot!

    Okay, I just re-read my question and I think I figured it out. So since I and L both need to be in front of N, N cannot be in the third place since I and L cannot both be accommodated in the second spot.

    Hi Sakshi, The question asks which of the partners could not be the third highest. N actually could be the third highest- it could be K L N followed by the rest. M, however, cannot be third, as F, I, and K must be before m. While L has to be before N, I actually does not.
