The stimulus says that all contributions over $100 from people that are nonresidents and never were residents must be reported
A doesn’t have to be true because a nonresident could’ve contributed in excess of 100 dollars without reporting it as long as the nonresident was once a resident
B doesn’t have to be true because if they were all above board there’s no reason to report. We have no reason to believe there were contributions that needed to be reported
C doesn’t have to be true because he could’ve gotten a contribution from some sort of large corporation or illicit enterprise that requires report for that reason
D doesn’t have to be true because maybe an illicit enterprise donated 10 dollars but because its from an illicit enterprise it needed to be reported
E doesn’t have to be true for the same reason as C and D
