Walker also talked about how ironically the dances imitated slave owners self important mannerisms and then again goes to say how they ironically imitated dances at salve owner Balls. From my personal interpretation of the passage there is a bit of a hint from the way the author discusses the satiric nature of the dance. With that being said why is B wrong ?

    I think the area you're remembering was the authors view, not the authors description of how Walker helped to popularize the cakewalk, which is mostly located in the last paragraph.
