Why is B incorrect?

Overall, we're trying to strengthen the idea that the predatory mites are helpful to strawberry plants. I'm not sure how b would do that. B gives us a possible alternative means of pest control that kills both kinds of mites. If anything, this weakens the idea that promoting the predatory mites would be helpful, since it provides an alternative way to deal with the C type mite.
