C over B

Hi, Does anyone have an explanation for why C is correct and B is incorrect? I feel I picked C out of luck instead of knowing why it was the only correct answer.

    Hi @Marco, Thanks for the question! So we’re being asked here for the primary purpose of the passage. But (B) is too narrow and only about the first paragraph. It doesn’t include the entire rest of the passage. And so it can’t be the primary purpose of the entire passage. (C), however, is what the passage is about. The way the law protects Native American rights with respect to ancestral grave contents. Hope this helps! Feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.

    E seemed like it was very similar to B. What is the difference between those two and why is B correct?
