Can I please get some further distinction between B and D? I understand how B is right and could understand how D is wrong. I also see the issue with the strong language in D, however, I do not 100% understand why D is wrong. I'm like 90ish percent aware, just trying to bridge the gap.

I think the issue here is that we can't actually pin down their positions on D. Otis thinks we should treat people the same, but this could and probably does mean not doing special favors for anyone rather than doing them for everyone.
Likewise, I just don't think we can pin down whether Tyra would agree with D. There's nothing in her argument that commits her to a position.

Would you say there is any other/further explanation than the explanation provided on the answer, or that about covers it? Just trying to hammer it home.

I think the only other thing I'd add is that it's just critical to make sure a speaker has committed to a position in question. That is, if we can't be certain that either of them thinks that dentists should be willing to go after hours for any person who asks, then we can dismiss it without having to think about it more.
