is answer B wrong because of the word "reevaluation"? I get down to the last two answer choices and seem to always chose the wrong one

    Hi Gmaramara, thanks for the question. You are exactly right. There was no reevaluation within the passage. The entire passage was concerned simply with highlighting the differences between the two legal systems and providing examples.

    For a "reevaluation" to occur, would there have needed to be an opinion or judgment on the efficiency or effectiveness of the separate legal reasons?
