Why is D not the correct choice?

I picked question D as the different skills of certain workers I thought would fall under the supply side. I thought this would be included in the “qualities immigrant groups would bring with them for competition”. Lines 10-11. Please help me understand. Thanks!!

    Hi, I think you're referring to B, which is explicitly referring to the demand for skills, rather than the skills themselves. This would be a demand side concern not a supply side concern. I think you're looking at the right line, but line 10 supports C, which is an example of such a quality.
