Could you please explain why (b) is correct and point me to the part of the passage that supports it please? Thank you!

    They talk about modern architecture in the first paragraph, and lines 1-3 mention how they emphasized practical & technical issues over aesthetic concerns. Answer choice (B) would be a restatement of those sentences. I hope my explanation is helpful, and an instructor can come in and give their input as well!

    Is A incorrect because utility and cost effectiveness focus more on the industrial age than the modern age? or is it incorrect because it mentions aesthetic?
