Why not B?

I understand that B and D are both listed in the reading, but why isn’t it B?

    Not sure if this is correct, but the passage states that 'although in the southern US only 2% of slaves worked on plantations where more than a hundred slaves worked,' this doesn't mention anything about the % owned, only slaves worked. Since B says 'Few of them owned plantations on which fewer than a hundred slaves worked' we don't know if only a few owned larger plantations or a larger number owned one (or more) larger plantations as well as smaller plantations.
