How do I know when to read all the answers?

I agree that E is the best answer, but I never got there because B seemed true enough. After all, "a jury may give more probative weight than objective analysis would allow to vivid photographic evidence". Now, I know answer choice B said that juries "USUALLY" do that, and I recognize how that is different than "MAY" do that. But this extreme specificity is not seen in every Reading Comprehension question, I have noticed.
