Once again I have to understand why the answer was wrong to justify why I got this right. is E wrong because someone could say that predictble circumstances dont alway occur in the courtroom. I kind of battled with B the same because couldnt someone say that a jury does not always make every decision with the group. For instance some jurors could think differently of thr group. Thanks

Answer choice (E) is wrong because we do not know how often these certain predictable circumstances occur. Perhaps they only occur once in a blue moon, meaning that juries are still susceptible to inferential errors.
Answer choice (B) is correct because regardless of an individual wayward juror, DECISIONS only occur with a majority of the jury, i.e. with a group.
