i understand why Ans choice C is correct, but could you explain why A is wrong, they did mention at the end of the line that weight loss is also to happen

    Hi @ankita96, Thanks for the question! So if you understand why (C) is right, then you should also understand why (A) is wrong. Because the cravings and the weight gain go in the same direction. If you have more cravings, you’re more inclined to gain weight; if you have fewer cravings, you’re less inclined to gain weight. So people who take d-fenfluramine will have fewer cravings (as you know, since you understand why C is correct), which means they’ll be less inclined to gain weight. Note lines 13-14, which connect carbohydrate craving and “consequent” weight gain (the weight gain is a consequence of the cravings). Hope this helps!
