Why is B: 'Holding vs. Dicta: A Distinction Without a Difference' Innapropriate?

I can understand why D is the correct, but I am having trouble eliminating B. Is it because the tone of the passage is more neutral?

@Nicholas-Groblewski, Great question. (B) says, "Holding Versus Dicta: A Distinction Without a Difference" Your hunch is correct. The passage doesn't agree with the realists, so (B)'s title does not accurately reflect the neutral tone of the passage. This is why (B) is out. Does this make sense?
