I get why the correct AC can't be A or B, but why not C?

@Papri-Basu,
Let's look at (C) and (D).
(C) say,s "Linguistic Vagueness: Is It Circumscribed in Legal Terminology?"
The problem with (C) is that it's too narrowly focused on linguistic
vagueness, and this was only mentioned in the first paragraph. Thus,
it's out.
(D) says, "Legal Indeterminacy: The Realist’s View of Its Scope"
(D) is great because it captures the passage's main focus on the
realists' view, so it's the correct answer choice.
Does this make sense? Let us know if you have any other questions!

Hi @DiegoC,
Remember that question is asking "which one of the following titles BEST reflects the content of the passage". Sure, if you wrote a paper on the history of the soviet union you could entitle it "dog", but then it wouldn't really capture the content of the paper.
