Is there textual support for this answer in Passage A? Yes - at lines 11-12 ("serious reductions in waterfowl and aquatic furbearer productivity have been observed"). Is there textual support for this answer in Passage B? Yes - at lines 53-55 ("no bird species other than the canvasback has been identified in the literature as endangered by purple loosestrife," which means that the author of Passage B acknowledges that the canvasback *is* threatened by purple loosestrife). Answer choice (B) can be eliminated because we cannot find textual support in Passage B sufficient to allow us to conclude that the author of Passage B would agree with this statement. Passage (B) does state that there will be a decline in the wetlands in the United states and Canada. in the final paragraph? can you help explain how this is not sufficient evidence for answer choice B? Thanks!
