Why can't G be at 10 on the North Stage?
North: P @ 6, T @ 8, G @ 10
South: L @ 8, Q @ 10, H @ 12

The lady in the explanation said that "Q has to come before a folk group" However, the last rule says “Query performs immediately after a folk group”, does that mean her explanation is wrong? -

Hi, you have a folk and a rock group at 10, which isn't allowed.
