I’m confused on what this question is asking for

If they’re repairing all and only the same types of machines, wouldn’t that mean they both have to repair all three? The phrasing of this question is confusing me.

The phrase "all and only the same types" means that each technician repairs all the same machines as the other does and that they only repair these machines. For example, if Urma repairs only radios and televisions, then Xenia would also repair only radios and televisions.
