if you use the example in the video presentation then Henry is also a lower number than Gwen option B. what am i missing there seems to be multiple correct answers.

In the second, Henry could be lower-numbered than Gwen, but Gwen could also be lower-numbered than Henry. Since a valid option for G to be first and H to be second exists, we cannot say that Henry MUST be lower-numbered than Gwen in this situation. Therefore, (B) is incorrect.
