I don't mean to be harsh but I do with the person in the video explained it with more detail. Even though I got the question right, I was hoping she would explain a faster way to find it.

I think the speed with which one can get this question depends a lot on how many deductions one makes up front.
If we start with just the base setup of

This question would be really tough.
But since we know that 8 must be on Monday, and must be in the afternoon we can place

8 _ / _ _
And since we know that 6 must be after 4, and that 2 and 5 must be in the afternoon, only 1 and 3 can go Monday. Since here we know one goes before three, 1 must be Monday morning,Meg Ich answers the question.
