Why is answer choice E incorrect?

@cayley the problem with (E) is that it would violate the rule that "exactly one set of January tickets is red." If the line 3 tickets for January are yellow, and the line 1 tickets for February are red, the following scenario would result: J: _ P Y F: R Y G But notice that because of the third condition, i.e. "for each line, the January tickets are a different color than the February tickets," line 1 tickets for January cannot be red so there is no place for our one set of January red tickets. As such, (E) cannot be true and (E) is eliminated. Hope that helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
