Why can't D be correct? Can't January have both a Green and Yellow in their sets?

Never mind I figured it out! I forgot about the "needs to be a red" rule for January -

Even with the "needs to be red rule" I do not understand how D is not possible? How can I not have Jan: RPG and then Feb: GRY? -

Never mind, I read the answer choice as "One set in January Green and one set in Feb yellow"
