I understand why there needs to be a max of two monkeys, but why did she conclude that there needs to be at least one of each animal?

    I am also confused on this and why does she also make the assumption for rules 1 and 2 that either one of them has to be selected and that the both could not be selected

    I'm also unclear here. After you place H and L, then you must place exactly two pandas because of the rules, if H then K and if K then N. Therefore, answer choice E would also be correct.

    Hey guys! So the reason for there needing to be one of each animal is the first two rules. It means we can only really play with 7 animals. Technically all 9 are viable however there are two sets which are mutually exclusive. With the remaining animals, plus the triggers of H->K and K->N (meaning H->K->N) no matter what at least one of each will be chosen. Let's take HKNL as an example as it is in Q1. That means no T and no F. That leaves us with V, Z, and G. V años Z are raccoons and G is a monkey. Obviously there are at least one of each at this point, and it lets us see what options there actually are! I hope this helped, if you have further questions please don't hesitate to ask!
