Hi Tyler, It is asking for the maximum number of volunteers that could be in both committees at the same time. Initially, it would be 7 as there are 7 volunteers and nothing restricting the committees to fewer than 7 volunteers. However, F and K cannot be on the same committee, so we cannot quite have all 7 together. That brings it down to a max of 6. Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
