Why is D incorrect

And now let’s say that the other two tenants are M and K. So our total line-up is JRSMK. That doesn’t violate any of the rules in the game or the hypothetical, but it also has J and not Q. okay but she is right^ the explanation in the video was mistaken. it would be nice if you guys could admit that there was a mistake, even if the question's answer still has a valid explanation.
