I am still confused about the answer A. I thought that the most restrictive one will be C given that JMF (3) would be selected leaving 2 spot for the homeowners

Hi Edouard,
While C is restrictive, I think we could come up with a scenario where it is not true- so it is not the right answer for a must be true.
In: J(t), M(t) K(t) 2 homeowners- including one chair
Out: P(h) F(t) G(t) 1 other homeowner
