How can we rule the amount of Tenants and Homeowners?

@Isabel-Zuniga, happy to help! Rule #2 says that the chairperson must be a representative belonging to the group from which exactly two representatives are selected. Since M is the chairperson and M is a tenant, this means there must be exactly two tenants selected total. So, M and one other tenant will be on the committee. The remaining three spots on the committee will be homeowners. Does that make sense? Please let us know if you have any other questions!
