Why can't Hannah visit another city from X in addition to NOMO?
In this case, Hannah spends 4 days in Nomo, 2 days in another city in X, and then distribute the rest of the 8 days between Y and Z. Which means, she could at most visit 4 other cities from countries Y and Z. I don't understand why this is incorrect.
My setup
X4 X2 Y2 Y2 Z2 Z2
where in this case X4 = NOMO4 (Spend 4 days in Nomo)

Hi, this is a must be true. E could be true as jt is in your scenario, but it could also be false. She should visit five cities in Y and Z.

I'm having trouble with this one as well. In the scenario above, E could be false, it could be true. But in answer choice B, it could be true, and it could be false. She could visit 2 cities in each country while still visiting NOMO for 4 days. So her visiting country Y doesn't seem to be a MUST be true, but a could be true, just like the others.

This is an incredibly annoyingly worded question. While it's a must be true, the right answer is framed as "it must be true that X thing is possible." That is, the right answer is right because it must be the case that Hannah CAN visit four in Y, even though it doesn't have to be the case that she DOES.
E is phrased differently. E sets a maximum, and that maximum actually isn't the case. That is, it cannot be true that the max she could visit it four, so this doesn't have to be true.
This is partly a reminder to read the answer choice's very carefully, but I honestly can't remember another question that pulls this trick, so I wouldn't read too much into it.
