Regarding P

In saying that H must be picked in conjunction with the contrapositive if H is not picked meaning P is not picked, can we deduce that P must always be picked as well? This is the only part I'm having trouble making sense of. Is it also true that if F is not picked P does not have to come before T and H does not have to come before L? Thank you so much. Can't wait to have this clarified.

    Yes! Great catch! P not being in means that 3 people did not leave messages, and we need at least 4 people leaving messages. So, P must also be in. Yes, if F is not picked, then P does not HAVE to be before T, but it could be. Hope that clears things up! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
