Recommended Process for the Fifth Question

In the video explanation, the tutor begins by evaluating each answer choice and it turns out that A is the correct answer. What if the correct answer were choice E here? Evaluating all five answer choices would be extremely time consuming. Is there a best process you would recommend for tackling this question?

Hi Farnoush,
I would approach this question by making a scenario with this new constraint.
Our initial rules tell us that
KJ
M > P
P=2 or 5
If L3 then N5.
And we now are told that JL, so our KJ block becomes a KJL block.
I would probably make two scenarios, based off the placement of P
M P _ _ _ _ _ (where our KJL block seems to be ok to start in 3, 4, or 5)
_ _ _ _ P _ _
In the second scenario, we cannot put KLJ in the first position, as that would put L in 3, so N would have to be 5- which is occupied by P. Soi we know the second scenario is
_ K J L P _ _
At this point, we do not know too much about the absolute placement of our KJL block, but we do know that it can only start at 2, 3, 4, or 5. Thus, J must be 3, 4, 5, or 6. We can use this to eliminate A.
