The Setup

I'm trying to really improve my timing on LG and I feel like there should be a faster way to diagram rule #4 than to literally write out the sentence like was done in the setup video. Any suggestions... or is this just the wrong place to penny pinch my time?

    Hi @Gozi, Writing it out that way is a pretty safe way to do it, but you can definitely make your own shortcuts if you want and can keep them consistent. I probably would've written something like 8 (GOPRY)+ Because I had gotten myself used to using that shorthand notation. When I look at that shortcut, I'm reminded that 8 refers to 8 beads, and (GOPRY)+ means there's at least one of each color. It's really whatever works for you, just make sure when you use shortcuts like this that you don't remember or copy down information incorrectly, which can end up losing you lots of time.
