I'm sorry you're having that issue. It shouldn't be just audio. Could you make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of the app? Once you close and open the app, it should work with both a visual and audio component. Please let us know if this problem still persists.

The problem is still occurring. I have deleted and installed the app multiple times.
