Is there a more clear explanation than the ones already posted

I read through the message board but still can't seem to understand how we get C and what method to use with these bizzaro cannot be true question types.

    What confused me about having this question in this section is that it was more of a could be true, or cannot be false sort of question. I was looking for a false answer just out of the habit of the drills! But it makes sense.

    Its the only one that is correct according to the passage. The question asks us to find the answer that DOESNT CONFLICT with the passage. The passage states that every species can be controlled by vexone, and thats exactly what C says. So all of the answers will conflict with the passage except C.
