This is a comparative statement that does not preclude other therapies from having a positive response. (E) could be true because we know absolutely nothing about a shark's immune system. Hi @aleezam696@gmail.com, thanks for your post. Fear not; the Cannot Be True questions are counterintuitive and many students do struggle with them. Four of the five answer choices will fall into the "could be true" or "must be true" categories. This means that the incorrect answer choices either could be true (because there is no text in the stimulus that *contradicts* the answer choice) OR must be true (because there is text in the stimulus that directly supports the answer choice). By contrast, the one correct answer choice on a Cannot Be True question *will be contradicted by* the information in the stimulus. To use a simple example, if the stimulus tells you that "no one is taller than Sue" and there is an answer choice that says "Ben is taller than Sue," then that would be the correct answer on a Cannot Be True question, because that answer choice is inconsistent with / contradicted by the information presented in the stimulus.
