i dont want to read a paragraph i want a video

    I'm sorry you feel that way. Unfortunately, when a question doesn't have visual aspects, there's no reason for us to make a video. There is a lot of reading on the LSAT. Reading a one paragraph explanation will help you get accustomed to the long paragraphs that you will encounter during the logical reasoning section, not to mention the passages in the reading comprehension section.     Of course! Sorry, you didn't actually specify a question in the previous thread. Alright, so here we have a statement of facts. What do we know? We are told that "good hunters" can kill prey that weigh up to half their body weight. This is not a Sufficient & Necessary statement due to the word "can." A good hunter can do this, but doesn't necessarily have to. Then we are told that: "All good hunters have a high muscle-to-fat ratio." P1: GH ==> HMFR not HMFR ==> not GH "Most wild cats are good hunters," Q1: WC-most-GH GH-some-WC "some domestic cats are good hunters, as well." Q2: DC-some-GH GH-some-DC We are looking for the answer choice that must be true based on the statements in the passage. Answer choice (D): "Some cats that have a high muscle-to-fat ratio are domestic." Does this have to be true? Well. We can connect Q2 with P1 (since we know from the lecture that we can connect a Quantifier statement with a Sufficient & Necessary statement as long as the right-hand side variable of the Quantifier statement is the same as the sufficient condition of the Sufficient & Necessary statement) like so: DS-some-GH ==> HMFR to conclude: DS-some-HMFR HMFR-some-DS In other words, we can conclude that some domestic cats have a high muscle-to-fat ratio, i.e. answer choice (D).
