Can someone explain to me why D isn't the correct answer?

I struggled to chose between B or D for this question but I ultimately chose D because I regarded Recent University graduate as a sufficient condition for both caring about vacation policy and salary. I understand why B is correct but I still don't understand why D can't also be true?
