Video Explanation Not Displaying After I Answer

Hi, I'm noticing an issue where the video explanation is available before I answer the question, but not after I answer the question.
This is a simple fix for me moving forward because I can write my solution down and then watch the video, but why is this happening? Can this be fixed?

Please direct any support related issues to our support staff by tapping "support" from the left menu or by calling 855.483.7862 ext. 2 Monday-Friday 9am-6pm PT. Our support channels are a much faster way to resolve these types of issues. Moreover, please note that not all of these questions have video explanations uploaded since visual components are not heavily used here. Instead, you should be able to find written walkthroughs on previous message board posts or to make a new post if you have an unanswered question. Thank you!
