As explained in the video one of the reasons that answer choice "A" is incorrect is because it concludes with the necessary condition of PR1 and the contrapositive of PR2. Will you please explain in greater detail why concluding with the necessary condition "does not lead to anything else and tells us nothing(?)"

The first premise can be mapped as:
If UN Security Council then not small country / not country in Southern Hemisphere.
This necessary condition doesn’t lead to anything else / “tells us nothing†with respect to other logical statements in the passage; that is, there is that nothing else in the passage tells us anything about small countries or countries in the Southern Hemisphere.
Thus, we can’t make the linkage that answer A is trying to make: between that necessary condition and the contrapositive of PR2.
