Large proportion?

Let's say our universe has 11 pieces of mail in it.
Let's also say that 8 of those pieces of mail are correctly addressed.
5 of those 8 correctly addressed pieces of mail arrive within 2 days (most CA mail arrives within 2 days = true).
That leaves 6 of the 11 pieces of mail to arrive in 3 days (most mail arrives in 3+ days = true).
We then have only 3 pieces of mail that are incorrectly addressed (a large proportion of mail is incorrectly addressed = false?).
Maybe I'm mistaken in thinking that a 'large proportion' needs to be at least half, but if it doesn't, what does a 'large proportion' mean?
