Quantifiers Q2

I do not understand how just based off the phrasing off answer choice (C), that it would be an incorrect reversal, because it would have to change "most" to "some". Based on the reading of the answer choice, it seems 100% clear to me that the stimuli and my diagramming says the same exact thing that (C) says, which is MCA - most - (less than or equal to) 2 days. I also did not diagram the answer choices since it is not feasible with time. I just do not understand how the phrasing/words of answer choice (C) makes it "say a different thing" than the stimulus.
