Why not C?

Hi @ahlam, (C) is wrong because we aren't concerned about children who have middle ear infections who don't have the virus. What matters to us is why it's helping cure the middle ear infections in children who are infected with the virus, since presumably that would have to be caused by the virus, and antibiotics aren't supposed to cure those.
