I didn't find anything in the passage that would say the reformers would believe this to be wrong? Is it because it is not necessarily a value?

A is wrong because the passage never gives us a reason to believe that the creation of such a community would pose no issue for reformers. This is a must be true, so answers can be wrong simply because the passage didn't say that. That is, we don't need to prove that the reformers would disagree, we just need to show that the passage didn't say that must agree.
