I still don't completely understand why the answer is not "A." The author seems to talking about how the Hippocratic oath should be reevaluated the entire passage. The term "beneficence" is only briefly mentioned at the end. Can someone please clarify again why A is incorrect? Thank you!

    A goes beyond what the passage said. The author is quite conservative, endorsing only marginal changes and reinterpretations of the oath. A suggests much more radical reimagining of what the oath would be.
