Wisdom in B?

I eliminated B because there was no mention of wisdom so I thought it was out of scope. PLease help.

    While the passage doesn't use the term wisdom, the idea is clearly implicit. The author thinks that because an action is controversial, and this brave, it is in the best interest of the country. This is obviously stupid. Nuking Montana would be controversial, and thus require bravery to do, but it would also be idiotic, destructive, and morally abhorrent. In order to be good policy, a policy must also be wise, not merely courageous.
