Hi LSAT Max, I was wondering if someone could explain what "value judgment" means in this answer choice. Many thanks in advance!

    @Julie, "Value judgment" alludes to a determination of something as right or wrong, or good or bad. There is no value judgment in this argument, the author merely makes an erroneous statistical inference based on the facts presented.
