Under watering leads to non normal growth?

Hi Bcross, thanks for the question. I think we need to be very specific with what Peter says, which is that as long as there is "no substantial threat" to the growth or yield. By the way Jennifer introduces her reasoning, in saying that the plants will divert a small amount of its resources from normal growth, we can accept that this would not pose a substantial threat.
