what kind of argument would "Mark's argument restates Jane's argument in other terms." can you please give me an example, it doesn't have to use Mark or Jane or even this scenario

Thanks for the question! So this would be something like if Jane had an argument, and Mark basically just repeated it in different words. That’s all the “in other terms” part adds. You might have had this during college classes, when people would piggyback, but it’d basically be something like the classic:
Jane: George Washington died in 1799.
Mark: 1799 was the year in which George Washington died.
So if you ever get an argument like that (unlikely), that’s the kind of thing this phrase would refer to.
